Silly Books

Because my daughter is only two and a half, she doesn't "get" most funny books yet. But she does deem certain books as "silly" and these make her do this hilarious almost fake laugh where she covers her mouth and shakes. These are the books that bring on the giggles in our house. I was an early reader. I taught myself how to read when I was four (with some help from my mom and my grandmother, a former 1st grade teacher), and by the time I hit first grade I was devouring chapter books (a detail that made it tough on my teachers, I'm afraid).
